Materials
Main Ingredients
- 60 g Olive oil Rich in oleic acid and squalene, calming and comforting.
- 20 g Caprylic/capric triglycerides Optional for enhanced slip; light oil derived from coconut.
- 19 g Polysorbate 80 or PEG-20 glyceryl triisostearate Gentle emulsifier for oil-to-milk transformation.
- 1 g Vitamin E Antioxidant that prolongs freshness.
- 1-2 drops Skin-safe essential oil Optional for scent, or skip for sensitive skin.

- 1 beaker Clean glass beaker or bowl For mixing ingredients.
Instructions
Preparation
- In a clean glass beaker or bowl, combine 60 g olive oil and 20 g caprylic/capric triglycerides. Stir to blend.
- Add 19 g emulsifier. Stir slowly until the mixture looks uniform and clear or slightly golden.
- Add 1 g vitamin E. If using essential oil, add it now. Stir again.
- Pour into a clean, dry pump bottle. Label it with the date.
Notes
Store at room temperature, away from direct light. Use within 3 to 6 months for best quality. Always pump with clean, dry hands to keep it fresh.
