  • 1 teaspoon black seeds (Nigella sativa)
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon aloe vera juice (optional) For extra scalp soothing.
  • 2-3 drops rosemary essential oil (optional) Only if your scalp tolerates it.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Rinse the fenugreek and black seeds quickly in a small strainer.
  • Add water and seeds to a small pot.
  • Bring to a gentle simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes until the water turns slightly golden.
  • Turn off heat and let it sit for 20 minutes.
  • Strain well to remove seed bits that could clog the spray nozzle.
  • Let it cool completely, then pour into a clean spray bottle.
  • If using aloe juice or essential oil, add it after cooling and shake.

Application

  • Part your hair in sections and spray directly onto the scalp without drenching.
  • Use your fingertips to massage for one minute, especially around the hairline and crown.
  • Braid your hair loosely or cover it with a silk scarf for extra protection while sleeping.

Notes

Store in the fridge for 5 to 7 days. Check for sour smell before use. You can freeze it in an ice cube tray for extended storage. Detangling gently and using low-tight hairstyles can help reduce hair fall naturally.
